Hello Substack friends! We’re sending this out to you a day before we do any social media posts about it because we what you to have this news first. We appreciate you being here!
WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO HOST PEDRO THE LION (SOLO) UNDERTOW SHOWS IN OCTOBER + NOVEMBER 2024.
Do you live in or near one of the cities listed below? Do you have large living room, loft space, community space, art gallery, or other space that can comfortably and safely host 40-75 people? If so, please read on and visit the link at the end of the post.
We make this as easy as possible for hosts. All you have to do is let us borrow your space for about 3 hours and check-in guests at the door upon arrival. In return you’ll get to see Dave perform up close and personal, 5 free tickets for your friends, and our eternal gratitude.
We’re trying to get to a bunch of places Dave hasn’t played in a while. He would love to play a show at your place!

If you’re unfamiliar with these shows… Undertow Shows are intimate events hosted by fans in private spaces such as living rooms, lofts, recording studios, coffee shops, museums, yoga studios, bike shops, churches, indoor skate parks, and more. Each show is completely unique. We try to find the most accommodating spaces for both the artist and the fans. Things we always consider when choosing show locations; acoustics of the room, accessibility, available seating and proximity to parking and public transportation. It all adds up to a magical experience.
Can I ask what venue yall are working with for the Knoxville show?
Alas my place in Atlanta is a bit too small. But you can rent out pavilion space at Piedmont park for a nominal fee…! Thanks for coming out to Atlanta!
